Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-11
These terms are an agreement between you and Djoji LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("TwinFlow", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using TwinFlow at flowmri.io, you agree to them. If you are using TwinFlow on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means the company.
1. The service
TwinFlow connects to your work tools (such as Linear, Jira, Zendesk, GitHub, Gmail, and Salesforce), reads workflow metadata, and produces process maps, health scores, bottleneck analysis, ROI estimates, simulations, and AI-generated summaries. Scans are read-only. The one exception is explicitly user-triggered: if you click a "create ticket" button, TwinFlow creates that ticket in your tool — nothing is ever written to your tools otherwise.
2. Beta status
TwinFlow is currently in beta. The free tier is offered at no charge; optional paid plans are available on our pricing page. During the beta:
- Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
- We provide no service-level agreement, uptime commitment, or support guarantee.
- You will never be charged without explicitly signing up for a paid plan through our checkout.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and only connect tools and accounts you are authorized to connect. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
4. Your data and the rights you give us
You own your data. By connecting a tool, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access that tool and process the data we read from it solely to provide and operate the service for you — including processing by the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this at any time by disconnecting the tool or revoking our access at the source. We may also use metrics derived from your data in anonymized, aggregated form (for example, benchmark percentiles) in ways that never identify you or your company.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't use the service for anything illegal.
- Don't connect accounts or tools you don't have authority over.
- Don't probe, scan, or attempt to breach the service's security — report issues to us instead (see the Security page).
- Don't resell, scrape, or systematically extract the service or its output to build a competing product.
- Don't interfere with other customers' use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
We own the TwinFlow software, branding, and everything we built. You own your data and the reports generated from it for your use. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
7. Paid plans
When you purchase a paid plan, billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@flowmri.io, effective at the end of the current billing period — your scan reports remain exportable as PDF. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for you.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Health scores, ROI figures, predictions, and AI-generated summaries are estimates derived from your workflow metadata — they are decision support, not professional, financial, or legal advice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for all claims arising out of the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Termination
You can stop using TwinFlow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, or discontinue the beta with reasonable notice. On termination, your access ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy — including your right to request full erasure.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both parties consent to that venue. Before filing anything, please email us — most issues can be resolved directly.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will update the date at the top and notify active customers by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
