What is the Health Score?
The Health Score (0–100) measures how smoothly a team's client onboarding or operations process runs. It factors in stuck ticket rate, cycle time, rework rate, SLA compliance, and handoff efficiency. A score of 100 means zero waste — every ticket flows through cleanly and on time.
